We are delighted to offer this double sided silk cummerbund, which is now worn across the Royal Naval Medical Service. The front is black with the RNMC Badge and a red band at the top and bottom. The reverse is the "After Dinner" side, with a serpent wrapped around a Vodka Martini with an olive.

Male and female cummerbunds are cut ever so slightly differently however they are virtually indistinguishable from one another. Each have Velcro giving approx. 4” for size adjustment when worn around the waist (not the hips)
